Nadiya Hussain says Ramadan is like hosting a dinner party every day for 30 nights.
The Holy month of fasting in the Muslim calendar (starting on Feb 28th) means that, when mealtimes do arrive, food takes on new significance. Meals become an event, planned and anticipated, a chance to revisit favourites, embrace the traditional, or try new things.
